A few weeks ago I explored some tributaries of Stony Fork in the Tioga State Forest (PA), hunting for waterfalls.* Stony Fork is a stream of great beauty with pools, rapids, slides, and cascades, often eroded in the bedrock.* It has some amazing swimming holes.* It is located east of the popular Pine Creek Gorge.* Several of its tributaries have waterfalls and cascades.* I explored Black Run, Paint Run, East Branch Stony Fork, and an unnamed stream.* Paint Run was probably the most scenic with beautiful grottos and falls.* The Mid State Trail, PA's longest trail,*explores Stony Fork.

This little gem is part of the Moriah Challenge which unbeknown to me I've already done 3.TH is off Lang Rd in Crown Pt/Port Henry, with a high clearance vehicle you can drive all the way to th,we walked the road because we had a Prius. At the cemetery you take the jeep road to the L and it's a short easy hike to the top, great open rock and spectacular views. The place is known as a raptor viewing area and didn't disappoint with a flock of Turkey Vultures doing mock ariel combat/mating(?) and a pair of pissed off Perigren Falcons trying to be territorial. We also ran into a large ball of twenty something Yellow Swallowtail moths/butterflies hanging out in the middle of the dirt road.Bugs were nonexistent with a stiff breeze but mosquitos in the woods which Off worked well on.http://ift.tt/2c3KQFj Some pics.http://ift.tt/16tiKYC
Tournament travesty
A recent tournament produced a bit of controversy. The following fight resulted in one fighter being disqualified for ?excessive? contact.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L4TET2vl-0U
Now I can see that the fight appearred to be one sided and overall it appearred to be pretty badly organised (poor floor markings, people look unclear re the equipment regulations, judges look uncertain about the rules).
I didn't think it looked like the fighter who was disqualified had done that much wrong to deserve the disqualification. Anyone else seen this fight and also wondered what in the world was happening? If you hadn't seen it already what do you think of how things were organised and the result?
Thanks, LFD

Pandora Layers of Lace clips would be great worn
On a yearly basis Pandora release a limited copy charm on Black Friday exceptional to North America. pandora summer charms variants have included a variety of layouts, usually based around a Christmas theme. This is what I have been instructed about the Black Friday charm due to year: it is called Pandora Wonderland, and features a enjoyment snow globe design, having silhouettes of a Christmas sapling and a snowman. It has last year inscribed on the bottom, too, per Pandora Black Friday tradition. You will discover two versions of it. The primary Pandora Wonderland features apparent pave stones and has a new 14kt gold snowflake on the roof, while the base of the environments globe is actually a glittery sterling silver enamel, for extra oomph. Along with the second ia that the environments is represented by front set white crystals along with the snowflake on top is sterling silver. I will admit that I love this design, and still find it quite an innovative use of front detailing! I prefer it into the original white enamel environments globe charm, which I generally thought looked a little animated like.
Of course , these Pandora Layers of Lace clips would be great worn in conjunction with the new Winter weather icy blues, their simply silver detailing would balanced out all the pave crystals magnificently. However , here I have absent for something a little better with the pale blue Pandora Looking Glass murano. The item conveys a fresh wintry pink, just like the new Crystallised Snowflake pieces, but with a little more soft qualities and delicacy. A little rush of two tone enhances that classic Pandora Charms Sale search: the Carousel is one connected with my favourites. They are also an awesome option for any festive layouts you have planned. This is the foundation my Christmas design for the 2010 season, and I am in love with it has the bright reds and green, eventually I am going to swap out often the Pandora Lace clips for any Dainty Bow and Twinkle Sparkle clips, but they are great put holders until I be capable of get hold of the Pandora Dainty Bow!
The Pandora Inner Radiance is already available in silver as well as a Pandora Rose finish; it is available in 14kt gold. Have another look at the Pandora Crystalised Snowflakes charm, as I like its graded colour outcome and the deep blue movie star at its centre. There will also generally be a pendant version in this charm. The Ice Crystal will likely be sold with the silver gun barrel clasp bracelet and a couple Sunburst clips. Another option style charm, the Pandora Radiant Bloom has a rather celestial design. We have a range of00 feminine ribbon and bows designs. My favourite of Pandora Charms Online Sale is a new Pandora Dainty Bow safe practices chain which makes the third completely new safety chain for this year! After a drought of a couple of years or so, Pandora have been ruining us with some new SOUTH CAROLINA designs.
I personally absolutely like this pandora safety company and will probably be tracking just one down! I am disappointed they will would choose to make a safe practices chain country exclusive, grow older are rather lacking in clean designs, however. The Pandora Essence collection is only a compact release with just eight new charms, but it is extremely pretty! Previews of the variety have been well received, and yes it offers a mix of delicate famille rose and pretty silver layouts. The charm I am happiest about is the beautiful completely new Pandora Dignity pearl bead, which unfortunately is limited to a Cheap Pandora Charms gift idea set right now in the UK. In addition there is a new selection for any Pandora Rose line, like rosy versions of common existing pieces such as the Like and Guidance pendant, often the Galaxy openwork and the Intrinsic Radiance.
