We are a Singapore company at JB Tebrau area looking for a HR Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Responsible in setting up HR System & Procedure, Organizational Development, Performance Appraisal, Compensation & Benefit and Payroll Scheme, and Training & Development, Rewards & Punishment, based on the prevailing laws and regulations.
Responsible in HR activities for recruitment and staffing, coaching, counseling, promotion, mutation, termination as well as employee / industrial relation in accordance with prevailing laws and regulation.
Liaise with other Dept. on things concerning HR matters and provides inputs / analysis / alternatives to Dept. Heads and BOD on HR matters and policies.
Liaise with external party or government institution on things concerning HR matters such as; Ministry of Labor / Industry and local municipal authorities.
Responsible on continuous development on HR practice and implementation in supporting companys core business strategies.
Supervising, analyzing and implementing all of HR-Legal and HR-Administration matters.
Qualifications:
Male / Female, age maximum 40 years old.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Social Science, preferably from Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
Having at least 5 years experience in HR Division, or 2 years as HR Senior Staff / Supervisor
Preferably from a logistics/distribution company
In-depth knowledge on Malaysian Labor Law and other laws related to employment, as well as its common practice.
Having knowledge in activity for Warehousing, Delivery/Distribution of goods will be an advantage.
Possess good communication and presentation skill.
Fluent in English and Chinese Language, both oral and written.
Excellent in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) capability.
Willing to be stationed in JB Tebrau, Malaysia.
Ready to join immediately.
