Hiking possibilities near Loon Lake

Afternoon all.

I am heading up to the park in a few weeks.

My family and I are going to be staying at Loon Lake (off Thruway on Rt9).

Have never stayed in that area and was wondering if anybody has recommendations on hikes in the vicinity.

I appreciate any help/ideas.
