Grizzle ocean trail

Hey everyone, I know you can paddle Putnam pond to save some energy and shave some distance off the trip to grizzle ocean. I'll be bringing my old town stillwater 12' canoe for 3 nights, was wondering if anyone could message me or tell me if the trail is cart friendly or the terrain of the trail. My cart is heavy duty any info is greatly appreciated thank you.
