Snowshoes

Hi, sorry for the noob question but I just took up snowshoeing a few years ago. The back strap one of my shoes does not tighten anymore. Do you know if that can be fixed? Can it be easily replaced (how?)? Or do I have to buy a new shoe? Thx.
