Road name info sought

Above Franklin Falls there is a dead end road that has had 3 names [3 I know of].
Fyreena, McManus and Brewster.
I'm not sure which it is presently named but in the 1980s it was Brewster...and had been McManus but it may again be McManus.
It begins where Fletcher Farm Rd. meets Cold Brook Rd.

Anyone know which name came first and when?
Any other info would also be appreciated.
