I'm sure many know who Charlie Alsheimer is - a field editor for Deer & Deer Hunting magazine and TV show, author, photographer and seminar speaker. Unfortunately, Charlie passed away this weekend.
Charlie was a New York resident and much of his early work was in the southern Adirondacks near Avery's on Rt. 10. And he even wrote an book about hunting in the Adirondacks a few decades ago. This is a true loss to the deer hunting world.
