Primitive Cabin

Hello all, I’m in the military stationed up here in NY. I’m looking to take some of the guys out winter camping, but most would be new to winter camping. I’m looking for a cabin to rent to ease them into it, if anyone knows of a remote cabin with few amenities please pass along info. I’m basically looking for 4 walls and a wood stove or fireplace, and could fit 4-6 dudes. Also we’d like to find something that we would have to hike to get to.
