Family friendly winter hike

We're going to be in Keene this weekend and I'm looking for a couple of nice hikes for our family and dog. I don't want to do a peak or anything that involved, but would like opinions on a good 5-7 mile hike with nice views that would be good for our first ADK winter hike. Have snowshoes and micro spikes.

We are not limited to only Keene, and don't mind a bit of a drive, but that would be preferable.

We've done a few peaks in the summer, and want to try one in the winter but don't want to start out with one for our first winter hike.

Any advice would be appreciated.
