Winding Falls

This most recent outing was 2 weeks ago on skis but this area also makes a nice snowshoe and hike. This loop starts south of Tupper Lake near the Bog River Falls. The main 6.6 mile loop often follows the Bog River or Round Lake Stream while traveling through the Round Lake Wilderness and Horseshoe Lake Wild Forest. The main attraction is Winding Falls but the loop is pleasant as it travels near water for a good portion.
