Hiking with Prosthetic Leg

Does anyone know of anybody who has climbed the Adirondack 46 with a prosthetic leg? I know of someone who has a prosthetic leg and is attempting the 46. He has asked if we know of any one else who has climbed the 46 with a prosthetic. I'm guessing it has been done but don't know the answer. Any feedback will be passed along to the aspiring 46er.
