I know there is the one spot prior to the memorial on Calamity Brook Trail that was always a mud pit requiring walking across small downed trees to get across. I haven't been to Colden in several years and was just curious as to whether or not it is still a mud pit? I realize rain plays into it, but it seemed to always be that way regardless of trail conditions elsewhere.
