Just wondering what kind of self defense coarses / sytems are available in different countries and what do they cover ?
The only self defense coarse/system that I have personal experience of is S.P.E.A.R. but I have only attended a few seminars.
What else is available in the UK, what else abroad. what do they cover? Similarities and differences etc. It would be very interesting to hear from people who have knowledge they can share.
