Elizabethtown Number 4

Does the peak a little less than a mile NE of Spotted, called Elizabethtown Number 4 on some maps, have a name? For the record, No. 3 is Bald, No. 2 is Iron, and No. 1 is Knob Lock. Also, is there an Elizabethtown Number 5? Finally, how did these peaks get these names? There are many other similarly named peaks, such as Ausable No. 4, etc.
