I keep getting emails

In my user User CP -> Edit Options -> Default Thread Subscription Mode
it's set to "no email notification" but I still get emails whenever anyone replies.

I'd rather not unsubscribe... i like the feature.
Is there any other way i can stop getting emails every time someone posts?
