Black flies? Phelps, Tabletop, Giant, Cascade, Algonquin?

Hi everyone!

I am taking a friend on his first high peak this weekend 6/24 or 6/25. We want to avoid black flies, if possible. Can anyone tell me where they are/aren't currently? We are looking at climbing one of these: Phelps, Tabletop, Giant, Cascade, or Algonquin.
