The Paradox of Paradox Lake

FYI: if anyone is in the area over the next day or so and wants to see something neat, the paradox of Paradox Lake is happening right now. The Schroon River is up so high that the Paradox Lake outlet has reversed direction. Water from the river is flowing up the outlet, over the dam, and into the lake... The outlet is now an inlet!
