Otter Brook road in Seventh Lake / Limekiln Lake region

Anyone know how far down one can drive on Otter Brook Road in this area? Are there gates? Restricted seasonal travel? Trying to get down to the Moose River sites and I wasn't sure what the status of Otter Brook Road was. Thanks a lot.
