Big Agnes Fly Creek UL1 tent plus footprint

I have a Big Agnes Fly Creek UL1 tent for sale. It comes with the footprint. I used this tent once several years ago before switching to a Hennessy Hammock. It's a great little ground tent and super light. I am 6 foot 2 and have no problem sleeping in it comfortably.

Price is $250 which is better than what they are selling for on eBay without the footprint. Please PM me if interested.
