Clubs in maidstone and surrounding areas

Hi everyone.



Does anyone know where i can learn K1, shootboxing, silat?



I live in Maidstone, kent. I have used google, but not much use.



I like the stand up striking mixed with throws/take downs.



But i dont like ground fighting.



or are there other styles that incorporate this? Without the traditional grading systems?



they must be effective and realistic
