International Martial Arts Veterans Combat Association sanction title fights in Muay Thai, all kickboxing styles and MMA between competitors 35 years and older.
The intention being to give those 35 years and older something to aim for so they continue to train rather than lose interest and the ability to continue to compete against others of a similar age rather than against those younger who’s speed and reactions may be quicker than the older competitor.
