Anyone know anything about primitive campsites (first come first served) on Upper Saranac? Specifically around the Buck Island / Saginaw Bay area? Extended family is staying a week at "The Pinnacle"- a lake house about three miles up Bartlett Carry Rd. A couple of us would much prefer to camp on the water... Any insight? Thanks!
