DEC to eliminate ranger force.

Due to increased amounts of litter, tree cutting, and other illegal activities on state lands, the DEC will be eliminating the entire force of forest rangers, ECOs and summer help.

DEC plans to replace them will an elite, crack commando squad known for stealth:
