A few weeks ago, after the epic snowstorm, we hiked the South Branch Trail between Lackawanna State Park and the Messimer Preserve.* It is a scenic trail in a glen*along a large stream with hemlocks and ruins of a mill or barn.* An ideal hike on a hot summer day.
