Low's Canoe Camping Trip site #12

Had an easy trip last week to site 12 with my grandson, age 8. Conversed with the dam workers at the upper dam. They had a good laugh when I told them the last time I paddled by the upper dam in 1993 they were rebuilding it and now with all their dam work it seemed like the rebuild has taken 24 years. I thought I had met their dads when they were working on the dam back in 93.
No bear sign at site 12 on either of the two beaches, the site was very clean, no metal in the sunken fire pit. My grandson had a great time watching multiple beavers, loons, kingfishers and various paddlers.
