So after hounding craigslist for 2 months I finally scored a canoe.
Old town guide 147. Came with foam brackets for the gunnels. 3 standard t-handle black plastic /aluminum paddles. (One is kid size) 2 life jackets. A backrest seat. A homemade canoe cart for portages. And custom wood seats.
Originally had the non backrest plastic butt shaped seats.
Got it for 300 out the door.. Maybe paid 40 to much but she's in good condition. Just scrapped up. I figure the paddles and lifevests make up the difference so I got the boat for 200.
