What styles benefit the least from actual strength?

I know that certain styles like Tai Chi Chuan and Judo depend more on positioning, momentum, and leverage to execute their techniques than brute strength. But the smaller defeating the larger seems to be a selling point to many martial arts including various styles of Kung Fu and Jiu-Jitsu. What martial arts tell you "You're big and strong, and this is how you can take advantage of being bigger than the other guy most effectively"? And how important is actual strength REALLY to those styles that claim to not rely on it as much?
