Catering?

Does anyone have any information or reviews for 'Adirondack Artisan Catering" (http://ift.tt/1v2J6SB)?

I am looking for someone/some company to cater a dinner party of 7-8 people in the month of December in the vacinity of Paul Smiths / Saranac Lake. Anyone have any thoughts or recommendations?
