Hey guys, this is my first post here in martial arts planet but most certainly not my last. So right now I only do chin ups, pull ups, push ups, and jogging. My question for you guys out there who know something about this topic, is, does this group of exercises work out all my muscles/cardio? Could I have a more efficient set of exercises? If so, What do you suggest I add/keep/remove from this? I want a strong balance between endurance and explosive strength. I need muscle density over size.
