Hi all, thought I'd introduce myself. I've been doing Wado Ryu for a few months now doing a two hour session on Saturday and an hour on Thursday evenings. Feeling so much fitter already and really enjoying getting back into martial arts after a 20 year break. As a kid I did judo and tang soo do and had a go at ninjutsu whilst in the RAF. Now got a great sensei in Adam Hawke at DWRK...
