GSI Outdoors

I have a cookset that I bought from this company about 10 years ago. On a recent trip the lid broke. I e-mailed GSI to ask about purchasing just the lid and they sent me a new one. Unfortunately, I made a mistake on the pot size so they sent me the wrong one. I wrote again, admitted my error, and asked if I could ship the "too small" one back and pay for the correct size. They sent me the replacement, and never charged me anything for the lid or shipping, or even just their time and trouble. Now that's customer service.
