Climbed a small peak in the Central Adirondacks north of Lake Abanakee - McGinn Mountain (no name on USGS maps). From trailhead on Pelon Road near the landfill, I followed the Paisley Falls and then the Elm Island ski trails north. Then, it was an easy bushwhack up the western ridge of McGinn mountain. Lots of views along the way to the top from ledges along the southern face. Nice falls colors and a lovely day.
