Recommendations for a three day hike?

Hey everyone.
I am looking for a good two night/three day hike that isn't too heavily trafficked in August. Not really that picky as to where, just that I can hike a mountain (doesn't have to be 46er) and maybe there's a lake or pond on the way. Anyone have any suggestions?
