Backwoods Camping

Hello all! My girlfriend and I are fairly new to the backwoods camping and hiking and we were wondering if anyone had any suggestions for some moderate hikes.



We want to camp out in the backwoods rather than an actual campground, however we are not sure where to start.



Any suggestions on places to go or where to camp out would be appreciated!
