Cascade Mountain vs. Indian Head

I'm going to be staying in the Keene Valley area over labor day weekend. I've done many 5-10 mile hikes but due to some physical restrictions I can't manage to go much further. I might be able to do both hikes over the weekend, but in case I need to choose only one - which would you choose?

I'm looking for good views, maybe a place to swim. I'm not a 46'r so that's not an issue. I would like the bragging rights accomplishment of climbing one of the 46 but if Indian Head is better than Cascade, I'll go for it. I'm open to other suggestions too.
