Struggling Getting Healthy

Hi,



I've always been an active guy. In the recent years a desk job in design and long hours (inattention on my part) I have ballooned up to 351lbs. I started having a lot of trouble training and playing with my son.



In July, I started reading labels and cutting back my calorie intake and I lost 28lbs the first month. This month I am floating around the same 2lbs and I am having trouble adjusting and getting my weight loss started again.



Has anyone been through what I'm dealing with? If so, what did you do to get back on track.
