Youtube halfway then line kena potong!

I was watching a 5 minute youtube video when I was out yesterday and it cut off at the most important moment! walao damn pissed off that time. Then I realized my data quota finish already. I cannot tahan already i wanna change my telco. Anyone knows which telco has the best rate and give a lot of data?
