I'd like some help please.

Hello. I'm Conor, a 14 year old martial artist from Ireland. I have studied kenpo karate for the last eight years and have achieved my third degree brown belt.



my problem is this: I need to maximize my strength and flexibility in six months. I would like to do this without weights. I have a demonstration/ competition coming up and desperately need help writing up a timetable/ exercise regime to achieve this.

If anyone, And I mean anyone has any experience at all with this sort of thing can they please comment or message me to help me do this. This is my first time posting on a forum like this, so any help is appreciated.
