Hey guys Mugen Zero here, I'm back and in college, just doing a short survey here it's for my thesis. If you would do so kindly please describe the type of training you received generally. I'll classify it as traditional and modern.
Basically description of martial arts training according to a report i've read(unfortunately it's based on taekwondo i'm not sure about the other martial arts please bear with me):-
Traditional:-
1.meditation
2.warm-up exercises
3.brief lecture about taekwondo
4.physical techniques of taekwondo
Modern:-
1.physical techniques
and after classifying what type of training program you were under could you please input what improvements your lives had gone through after the trainings? Sorry the description is taekwondo, it was on the report i was reading. if there is anything i missed please me know. Thank you and have a nice day.
