Cutting Weight

For my next competition I am dropping a weight category to U52kg so I am needing to lose about 5kg by February. I have got a plan from a sports nutrition on how much to lose by when and what methods to use however I am struggling for inspiration on the food front particuarly breakfast. I'm on a student budget so I can't afford really expensive stuff, I am training judo twice a week and I am going to start running and doing circuits a couple of time a week. If you have any ideas on meals and other ways to drop the weight, it works out as 1kg every 2 or 3 weeks.
