I am looking for more local slides to prepare for a classic ascent of Marcy via the South Slide set, but save the extra hours of driving north. Besides the Griffin Brook Slide and the Iditarod Slides on Snowy, are there any slides of note in the Southern Adirondacks? Or light rock climbs which do not require technical gear?
