I've just returned from an amazing 12 day trip to Canada which included visiting Mappers in both the east and west of the country.
In Toronto I had the pleasure of being looked after by Sifu Ben and spending a day sharing ideas and playing with drills along with two other excellent martial artists (Chris Hanson and Bill Vatzolas).
On leaving Toronto I flew over to Calgary to stay with Hannibal. He was kind enough to let me sit in on one evening of adult classes and teach two days of seminars at Esteem Martial Arts & HAVOC JKD.
I know Sifu Ben and Hannibal will want to chip in with their perspectives and we'll welcome questions from any of you.
