12/21/16 - The Gate is open. The road is slick. Tessa Reisinger broke trail to summit of Seymour on the 20th so there was a clear path. Amanda Rigg and her crew added more definition to the track. I was able to summit because of these people. Going was slow, I fought for every step up the Mountain. Seven hikers including myself signed in to summit Seymour and Seward; all took what was given and no more. Seymour only.
