ambidextrous training

ambidexterity, only about 1 in every 104 people are naturally ambidextrous, so the rest of us need training.... this involves switching stances during spars, and doing techniques, forms and drills using both arms and legs.... ambidextrous training improves hand-eye-coordination and natural reflexes for those simultaneous hand movements you see in many fighting styles.... although very basic and simple, it could take years to master simultaneous techniques and ambidextrous movements.... anyone care to share their own experience, or way in which to become ambidextrous? all i do is pretty much what i just mentioned - switch leads, practice the same technique slowly with both hands or feet, and pretty much develop through sparring.... know of any other ways?
