Interesting Documentary on PBS

Last night I was "channel surfing", when i came across a documentary about what some has deemed her the "First Lady of Judo"; Keiko Fukuda

I was so impressed, that despite her size, gender, she also had to overcome politics within her beloved art.



Ms. Fukuda's personal motto was: "Be gentle, kind, and beautiful, yet firm and strong, both mentally and physically."



I had long since read about her in various periodicals, but to see her on film, was inspirational
