I always find it good practice to have a focus to my own training, usually this will last a few months and have 2 or 3 different aims to the range of positions that naturally come up in training.
1) countering the DLR hook (early) avoiding the DLR sweeps (middle) and the berimbolo / leg drag (late).
2) Working on my leg lock and leg ride escapes - (ties into the DLR sweep focus)
3) Developing a stronger mount with a wider variety of attacks, and especially working the americana, as its an excellent defensive structure breaking attack and chains to other attacks easily.
