Tahawus Memories

This comming Sunday at the Newcomb town beach there will be a 50 year reunion of the people and decendants that actually lived in the town of Tahawus. It will start at noon. There will be some who actually worked at the mines from the early 50's until it closed. It is open to the public and a chance to hear first hand as to how the mines transformed and then closed.
