New Judo Move

A Referees Commission found this action to be "incidental contact while the player on top was going for a grip.....with nothing deliberate or sinister here". As the father of the 7 yo victim of this action by his 10 yo opponent, I consider this verdict incorrect. I think it was deliberate and warranted immediate disqualification. This happened in a competition in Darwin Australia.
