Going back to school at 32.

I have decided that I want to go back to school and study to be an engineer. I am a little nervous about it because it means I probably won't graduate until I am 40 if I want to go onto a Masters degree. I am basically starting over in something that is unfamiliar. However I do believe that type of career will be better suited to my strengths than my previous jobs.I have to spend the next three months doing prerequisites just to even apply to any university. My main obstacle is how I will fund this over the long term. I am also a little worried that I am to old to start over.
