Ride from Albany to Northville August 31?

Hello! Planning a thru-hike, and will be coming up from Washington D.C. by public transport.

Anyone have ideas how to get to the trailhead from the train station in Albany?

I know about Broadwing Adventures but they seem more appropriate for the northern section.
